What IDEXA Data is
IDEXA Data ("we," "us") collects, organizes, and delivers information drawn from public records published by the City of Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, and related government sources. We provide this information as a subscription service for marketing, sales prospecting, and market-research purposes.
Permitted use — read this one
IDEXA Data is not a consumer reporting agency and our data is not a "consumer report" as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681). You may not use our data, in whole or in part, to determine any person's eligibility for employment, housing or tenancy, credit, insurance, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA. By subscribing you agree to this restriction. We terminate accounts that violate it, without refund.
You also may not resell, redistribute, or republish the data feed itself; use it to harass any person; or represent it as issued or endorsed by any government agency.
Accuracy and warranty
Our data reflects what public records say, as of the time we collected them. Government records contain errors, omissions, and delays, and property circumstances change. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Verify anything material independently before acting on it. Every lead links to its official source record so you can do exactly that.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans bill monthly through Stripe. Your first week is free; cancel within it and you pay nothing.
- Cancel anytime — from a link in any email or by writing to hello@idexa.one. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; we don't prorate partial months.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' email notice; existing subscribers keep their price for at least 90 days after any change.
Privacy
- We collect what you give us at signup (name, email, company, lead preferences) and standard web analytics. We use it to deliver the service and nothing else.
- We do not sell subscriber information. Ever.
- Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- To delete your account and data, email hello@idexa.one.
About the property data itself
The addresses, case records, and ownership information in our feeds come from public government records, which are exempt from most consumer-privacy statutes as publicly available information. If you believe a record about your property is inaccurate, the authoritative fix is with the issuing agency — but email us and we'll gladly re-sync our copy of the record.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the data.
